Tamiya goodies from Japan

Here's some pics of some fun things we picked up at Village Vanguard in Tokyo. The first was a present for K's little bro - a tiny, fully functioning Tamiya Frog! Its made by Takara and charges up from the infa-red remote. Its pretty nippy and a lot of fun! You can also get Hornet and Grasshopper versions. :D

The second Tamiya-gem is this miniature Buggy Champ, again from Village Vanguard. Theyre a blind boxed series, with each only costing about 400 yen (about £2ish). The detail is fantastic and theres still some fun assembly and sticker placing to do.
