After dropping the civic off with Dave this morning for its service and seeing the pile of cars outside, I was a little doubtful whether I would see any progress on the beat today... How very wrong I was. When we came back at 4 to pick up the civic the first thing I noticed was that the engine had disappeared from the floor, and had some how found its way back to where it should be - in the boot! There's still a little way to go before we can fire her up, but Dave managed to spend pretty much the whole day fiddling and things are definitely getting there. Not long to go now... wahoo!

The exhaust and cat are some of the last remaining bits to go on. Seems such a shame to bolt such a mongy cat onto such a shiny exhaust and manifold!
