we might finally be getting to the bottom of finding the correct big end shells for the engine. at first we thought these markings had worn away completely, but after a lot of squinting and turning it to the light the crank markings could just about be seen. hopefully now we can use this with the block markings to find the right shells without too much hassle... back to the engine manual!
